How to use:

Massage 3-4 times a week, between the 30th and 34th week of pregnancy, after consultation with a midwife/gynaecologist or physiotherapist. Soak your thumb in the oil. Make circular movements with your finger between the vaginal entrance and the anus. The movements should resemble the movements of a clock from 3 to 9 o'clock, back and forth.
